1. Customer Levels

HobbyClassic has three customer levels, defined based on their relationship and commitment to the store:



Paddock General

Every customer registered on the HobbyClassic website is considered a General Customer and, therefore:

  • Has access to our loyalty program, accumulating 5% of the amount of all their purchases.
  • Can benefit from general offers and promotions activated on the website.

This level is available to all registered customers.

Paddock TOP 50

The TOP50 Customers level is part of the HC Paddock and is reserved for customers ranked 26th to 50th in our internal ranking. During the current calendar year, Top 50 Customers enjoy:

  • 7% direct discount on all our products.
  • Free shipping* to the entire European Community.

*Free shipping is subject to possible exceptions in specific cases, such as large volume or heavy orders.

Paddock TOP 25

The TOP25 Customers Group represents the highest level of recognition within the HC Paddock and is reserved for customers ranked 1st to 25th. During the current calendar year, they enjoy:

  • 10% direct discount on all our products.
  • Free shipping to the entire European Community.
  • Early access to all our news and launches.

2. Ranking and Validity of Benefits

Access to TOP50 and TOP25 levels is based on an internal ranking. Benefits are activated as soon as a customer enters the Top 50 and are valid until December 31st. Every January 1st, the ranking is reset.

3. Free Shipping and Exceptions

Free shipping is designed for standard orders. In exceptional cases, HobbyClassic reserves the right to review shipping conditions.

4. Non-Accumulation of Promotions

  • Not combinable with the loyalty program.
  • Cannot be used with other promotions or specific offers.
